This Market Monday is all about prices.💲💲💲💲💲💲

Prices nationwide might be down 4%, but prices are UP in our market. If you’ve been home shopping this comes as no surprise to you. There are probably a few “I should have” houses in your rear view mirror.

If you watch my Market Mondays, I focus on supply and demand, because these tell you where things are headed, and pardon me if I’m wrong, but I think that’s the 🔑 you are looking for.

This week supply and demand were almost in equilibrium, but not quite… too early to call this a trend, but if we start to see these numbers falling in step, the price acceleration may slow.
