We just added a new four-legged member to our family. Pippa has quickly become so central to all that we do. How could we even contemplate a home or second home purchase where she wouldn't be able to come join in the fun? For all my clients in the same boat, I have compiled this list of pet rules and regulations. While it might seem simple, whether pets are allowed, it's not. Each complex and community can have it's own rules on pet weight, number of pets, type of pets, breed restrictions, deposits, limitation on renter pets and more. Furthermore, these are subject to change. While I've done my best to ensure the accuracy of this information, be sure to contact a representative for the community or complex to discuss their pet restrictions prior to making an offer on a property in the community.
